Question: Does my organization qualify?
Answer: All non-profit customers requesting fundraising will be asked to provide a federal tax identification exemption number, a 501-3C tax exempt statement or other proof to Easy Clean indicating that your organization is a non-profit organization.
Question: What are my selling options?
Answer: Your organization will be selling car wash passes which can be used at any of our 4 convenient locations. We are open 7 days a week from 6AM-8PM. There are no expiration dates on the passes. You may select the following selling options:
- Sell our REGULAR car wash pass for $3.00 and keep 50% of the profit ($1.50).
- Sell our ULTIMATE car wash pass for $5.00 and keep 50% of the profit (2.50).
- Sell a combination of both REGULAR and ULTIMATE car wash passes and keep 50% of the profit.
Question: Is There a Minimum Order?
Answer: Easy Clean requires a 5 book (or 25 pass) minimum order.
Question: What’s the difference between the REGULAR car wash pass and the ULTIMATE car wash pass?
Answer: The Regular Wash Includes:
- Free Unlimited Vacuuming
- Free Towel
- Free Air Freshener
- Free Shampooing

The Ultimate Wash Includes:
- Everything that the Regular Wash Includes…plus the following:
- Wheel Brite Cleaner

- Clear Coat Protectant

Question: How does the program work?
Answer: Call us at 800-287-1701 two weeks prior to your fundraising kick-off date to schedule a pick-up date and time for your passes and sales brochures.
At the time that you pick-up the passes, we will require a credit card to ensure payment of the order. However, no money will be put on your card unless you fail to return the passes and/or money due to Easy Clean. Also, at pick-up time, you will be required to have the enclosed application and contract completed and signed.
Your organization will have 30 days from your sale start date to sale the car wash passes. Upon completion of your sale, any unused BOOKS of passes are returnable. Sorry, we are unable to accept individual passes or damaged passes or books for return. You have 7 days upon completion of your sale; to pay your balance due and to turn in any unused books. At completion time, you may pay your balance with cash, check or credit card.
In the event that you do not return the passes or balance due to Easy Clean; we will then put the amount due on the credit card provided at your pick-up.
